Earthworks and Site Preparation

We have all the machinery available to complete any earthworks that may be required. Site preparation varies depending on the location and nature of the job, however the general process is as follows:

• Identify the house for removal and relocation

• Investigate potential constraints and employ measures to mitigate

• Complete Engineering and Design approval process including submission to the relevant local government body

• Local Council provides approval

 

The site earthworks are completed in preparation for the house relocation process to commence. These works will involve cutting the house site to the required level as well as installation of any underground power, water, and sewerage services.
